Shipping timelines are estimated and may vary based on destination, inventory, and third-party shipping carriers. Lost Highway 66 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Custom-built items (such as skateparks or modular ramps) are made to order and are non-refundable once production has started. We do not accept returns on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To report damage or request a return, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We may request photos or other documentation to verify your claim.

Standard (non-custom) items may be eligible for return under certain conditions. Restocking fees may apply.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
